I find the idea a brand can stand behind and build its identity, from positioning and naming to the guidelines people use every day.
DESIGN ISGRAVITY
I start with the thing I can’t leave alone. A story. A detail with a little pull. Then I build outward until there’s a world around it.

BEHIND THE NDA
Much of my professional work sits behind an NDA. At Integral, I design entire brand programs, employer brands, websites, intranets, internal campaigns, and offsite experiences for global organizations.
The scope below describes my experience collectively. Confidential assignments and deliverables are not connected to individual clients. The scope of my work
- Brand programs
- Identities, guidelines, templates, and applications across channels.
- Employer branding
- Employee-facing identities and communications.
- Digital experiences
- Websites, intranets, and content hubs.
- Internal campaigns
- Creative concepts and coordinated communications.
- Offsites and events
- Visual identities, presentations, signage, and experience materials.
My responsibility
I develop the concept, design the system, and carry it through the materials people see and use.
My role also includes directing other designers, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing the work for delivery.
Selected client experience across Integral, earlier studio roles, and independent practice. Public projects appear above. Confidential work is represented by client name only.

HOW I
CREATE IMPACT.
I take projects from the first idea through production. I build the system, make the work, and guide other designers as it grows.
I turn complex messages into campaigns and culture programs employees can understand, across healthcare, retail, technology, and more.
I shape a campaign’s visual direction and carry it into images, products, events, and the spaces people encounter.
I create reusable brand tools, manage and mentor designers, and keep the work consistent from concept through production.
I design and build websites, content hubs, Brand Zones, and interactive games, with clear information and useful interactions.
I make research and complex stories easier to follow through reports, presentations, publications, and data visualization.

WORLDS I
BUILD
These are ideas I chose to pursue for myself. Some start with a product. Others begin with a place or an experience I want to explore. They are independent creative studies, with no affiliation to the brands shown.

WHERE IDEAS
FIND
GRAVITY.
I’m Priscilla Rios, a multidisciplinary designer and creative storyteller based in New York.
I often carry a project from the brief to the finished work. At Integral, that has meant designing the identity and applying it to very different jobs, including a research report and Camp Integral. The work has to stay recognizable while doing something useful in each setting.
My independent projects give me room to follow a question further. Some become products. Others become stories or places you could visit. I also write fiction, which feeds the way I think about characters and the details that make a place feel real.
You can see both sides of my practice here: the client work and the ideas I keep working on for myself.
