2019 / SOLO DESIGN

The first
form.

I designed the original Page Up Innovation Award in 2019. Its blue body has a sloping edge, with a transparent wedge rising behind it.

The year runs vertically up the clear section. Page Up Innovation sits on the blue face. The angled view shows how the parts meet.

2025 / COLLABORATIVE DESIGN

The shape
we chose.

In 2025, Page Up renamed the Innovation Award the Manage for Tomorrow Award. Mayra brought the core idea and initial sketch. We developed the final design together, with equal contributions. I was the design lead and directed the work.

Two open rings sit above a black base. Its plaque pairs the Page wordmark with Manage for Tomorrow.

I also created the ads and 3D mockups.

The compact circular version was a concept we did not pursue. The open pair became the final award.

FROM STUDY TO PRODUCTION

From form
to dimensions.

A trophy has to work from the side, too. The production sheet shows the narrow profile behind those large curves.

A clear support carries both arcs down to the base. You can see its outline around the colored forms in the front view.

THE FINISHED OBJECT

Into the room.

The finished award was unveiled onstage. The original photograph shows the cover being lifted, with the open rings and lettered base above the lectern.
